How quickly can you deploy engineers?

For hourly staff augmentation with standard tech stacks (React, Node, Python, Java, DevOps), we can typically deploy a pre-vetted engineer within 48 hours. For dedicated teams, expect 2–4 weeks depending on team size and niche skill requirements.

What's your minimum engagement size?

Offshore projects: typically 3 months. Dedicated teams: 3 months minimum, usually 1+ engineer. Hourly staff: 40 hours minimum per engagement. RPO: 3-month pilots available.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We'll sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion — often before the first call if you need it. All engineers sign NDAs as a condition of employment, and every MSA includes IP assignment to the client.

Who owns the IP / code?

You do — completely. Every contract explicitly assigns all IP to the client. Our engineers work on your repositories, in your cloud, under your access controls.

What time zones do you work in?

Our engineers work flexible hours to provide at least 4 hours of overlap with your working day — whether you're in San Francisco, London, Berlin, Sydney, or anywhere in between. Some clients prefer full overlap; we can arrange that too.

How does RPO pricing work?

Three models: (1) per-hire fee — a fixed percentage of the hired candidate's annual CTC; (2) monthly retainer for ongoing hiring; (3) project-based for bulk hiring drives. We'll recommend the right model during scoping.

Can I interview candidates before they join my team?

Absolutely. For dedicated teams and hourly engagements, you interview and select every engineer. For RPO, you interview every shortlisted candidate before making an offer.

What happens if an engineer doesn't work out?

For dedicated teams and hourly engagements, we offer a free 7-day replacement guarantee — if an engineer isn't meeting the bar, we replace them at no extra cost and credit back the productive hours.
