Service engagements with Ayant are covered by the liability terms in your MSA/SOW, which supersede this clause for those purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ayant harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
